Andrea Sardini is a researcher (Rtdb) in Private Law at the University of Milan and is qualified for the
position of Associate Professor. He is a lawyer and holds a PhD in Civil Law from Roma Tre
University. He has authored numerous publications in the fields of civil law, financial markets, and new
information technologies, including two monographs. He is a speaker at conferences, seminars, and
doctoral lectures, addressing topics such as contracts, regulated markets and over-the-counter
transactions, liability and compensation for damages, as well as issues related to information
technologies and the legal implications associated with the use of artificial intelligence.
