Giulia Pesci is a research fellow in Legal Informatics at the Faculty of Law, University of Milan.
Giulia works on research projects dealing with the interaction between minors and new technologies, analyzing the risks and opportunities of the web. Her studies also focus on digital citizenship, digital civic education, and artificial intelligence especially regarding the implications of the latter in the world of education and training.
Author of a number of scientific publications on children and technology, online hate, digital citizenship and digital literacy, she has written a monograph entitled “Civic Education and Digital Citizenship. Educational paths in the information society” (Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre 2025).
