Alessia Monica is tenure track researcher in administrative law. Phd in Regional Institutions, Administration and Policy and LLM in Law of Internet Technologies.
She deals with topics of interest in national and European administrative law such as authorization procedures, technical assessments and preparatory activity; administrative cooperation with a focus on the interoperability of administrative systems of different member states.
She is currently team leader of the Jean Monnet module “Public Administrations in the EU Energy Policies and Communities (101175226-PAEPeC)” dedicated not only to the administrative law of energy in the European Union, but also to the role of technologies in achieving the energy transition.
