Maria Teresa Carinci

Maria Teresa Carinci is a Full Professor of Labor Law at the University of Milan since 2002, where she teaches Labor Law and Advanced Labor Law. She is also a member of the university’s Board of Directors.

She has authored numerous national and international publications on topics such as productive decentralization, dismissals, and the impact of new technologies on the labor market.

She has edited several collective volumes and conducted comparative studies on platform-based work, a topic of growing relevance in contemporary labor law.

She has coordinated multiple research projects and is currently the Unit Coordinator for the PRIN project “Timeless Workers”  www.timelessworkers.unimi.it
