Nannerel Fiano is tenure track researcher in Constitutional Law at the University of Milan.
She teaches at the University of Milan anti-discrimination law and comparative public law.
She has worked on constitutional justice and fundamental rights, also considering the implications arising on the latter for the use of artificial intelligence.
She has written two monographs: Il fattore “tempo” nella giustizia costituzionale, Franco Angeli, 2023 and Le radici del male. Antisemitismo e Costituzione. Giappichelli, 2024.
