Costanza Nardocci is Professor of Constitutional Law at the Department of National
and Supranational Public Law, School of Law, University of Milan.
She teaches “Gender Justice”, “Women in Tech: New Frontiers of Gender-Related
Rights and Artificial Intelligence”, and “Sources of Law and Fundamental Rights in
IA”.
She is member of the Steering Committee of the HAICU Lab Project on artificial
intelligence within the U7+ Alliance. She has been Visiting Scholar at Columbia
University, School of International and Public Affairs and at the Law School, and at
Fordham Law School.
Her scientific research involves constitutional law and human rights law with a focus
on human rights; minority rights, gender studies, anti-discrimination law,
constitutional justice, and artificial intelligence.
