Dr. Paolo Gambatesa has a PhD in Public Law, Ethics & Economics for Sustainability from the University of Milan and in Ciencias Jurídicas from the Universidad de Granada. He is currently Post-doctoral Researcher in Constitutional Law at the University of Milan.
He graduated in law in March 2020, with full marks cum laude, from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis entitled “The double constitutional and European bias: new scenarios within an integrated system of protection of fundamental rights”, supervisor Prof. Marilisa D’Amico, co-supervisor Prof. Stefania Leone.
He has been a doctoral candidate in Law, Ethics & Economics for Sustainability (LEES) at the University of Milan since November 2020.
During his university career, he did an internship at the European Parliament for the NGO FREE Group – “Fundamental Rights European Expert Group,” tutor Prof. Emilio De Capitani.
In addition, as an external expert, he provided teaching support for the module “Constitutional law and gender-based violence: educational pathways,” alongside the chair of Constitutional Law (M-Q).
